 Description: I have to manually enter all donations. Am Using cURL(tried fsockopen). I have gone thru all settings multple times and checked and double checked. Clean install of dopro, smf2 rc5. I get notifications from paypal to my email. I notice when it works, I get two emails, one from our forums, and one from paypal, but when it doesnt work, I am only getting an email from Paypal. Please assist.
